Contact ShitResume
ShitResume has one contact channel: email. It goes to the person who maintains the site, and it is the right place for corrections, privacy questions and bug reports.
Last updated September 20, 2026
Write to hello@shitresume.com. That address reaches the maintainer directly; there is no support queue behind it.
What to send where
- Corrections — the page URL and the sentence you believe is wrong, plus a source if you have one.
- Privacy questions — what is stored on your device and how to remove it. The privacy policy already answers most of these, and the about page explains why the site is free.
- Bug reports — what you did, what happened, what you expected, and your browser and version.
- Data requests — there is nothing about you on a server to export or delete. Your resume stays on your own device, and the privacy policy explains how to manage it there.
Before you write
Please do not send your resume. The builder never uploads it, and an email copy would be the first version of the document to leave your device. If you are reporting a bug, a screenshot of the interface is usually enough.
There is no live chat, no phone line and no ticket system, and the inbox is checked as time allows. If you deleted a resume or cleared your browser data, we cannot recover it — no copy exists on our side.
